We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Goating Player product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at support@goatingplayer.com, and we will arrange for a free return and replacement.
